Morro Jable & Jandia
The main beach in Morro Jable is El Matorral Beach ( Playa del Matorral ), an enormous golden sand beach that extends along the length of the town. Right at the opposite end of Morro Jable is Cofete Beach ( Playa de Cofete ), which despite not being the best beach for swimming, its 13km of pure nature and beautiful landscape are a calling to visit.

Feb 2023. The beach, promenade and walking are all really fantastic. It is a little less rundown than other parts of the island but is very touristy, to my taste very few restaurants offering quality food, lots of pizza, burgers and grilled food so only eat out once. Morro Jabel's saving grace is the amazing beach in 8 trips to the island.
