Tortelloni fatti in casa con sugo di stracotto, insalata di nervetti, lumache in umido, rane fritte, trippa alla milanese, Rustin Negàa (nodini di vitello arrosto), stracotto di manzo. La cotoletta è offerta anche in versione alta, ma quella sottile è veramente molto sottile.
